About Medical Space Planners

Medical Space Planners was founded over 25 years ago in South Pasadena by Paul F. Yanez. We specialize in designing and coordinating the building of medical offices and buildings.

Medical Space Planners is family-owned and operated in Topanga, CA. With the passing of our founder, Paul Yanez, Geoff Sheldon has taken over the practice. Geoff worked with Paul at the Jud Perkins Company over 30 years ago where he first learned the particular skills involved in developing medical office buildings.

Since opening in the late 1980's we've been designing and helping doctors build their offices and their practices. Knowing how a facility works and how we can make the facility work more productively for you and your staff is what we do. You know how it feels when you are busy and happy getting work done. You probably also recall when you had to "work at it". When it took too long to find the right tool or supply; when your staff was running around getting things organized instead of being organized.
