PRICING - BASIC SPACE PLANS

Medical Office Plans

Customized to your specific size and medical specialty:

$750 - Up to 3,000 sq. ft., 15 cents per square foot after that.

Surgery Center Plans

Customized to your specific type of surgery and procedures:

$1,250 - Up to 3,000 sq. ft., 26 cents per square foot after that.

Prices are based on receiving an accurate base plan in DWG format.

For local projects we offer site walks and consultations as well as review of current facilities and in person meetings. These services will be quoted based on the project.
